Monday is here again and today is the day us ladies want to change our lifestyles and want to do it all at once! Whether it be to drink more water, to join a gym, eat clean and to quit smoking.

Don’t try and do it all at once is what we recommend, here are four simple steps you can change for a long term goal.

  1.  Move More – we don’t mean start pounding the streets when you aren’t used to exercise. Try something a little gentler at first, maybe ask for some advice from a professional.
  2.  Plan your Week – plan your meals and what form of exercise you are going to do for the week ahead.
  3.  Track your Progress – we don’t just mean the dreaded scales here, remember you can use a tape measure and photos.
  4.  Stock your Fridge with GOOD Foods – if you only buy good foods that is the only food you can eat whilst at home. This will encourage you to eat healthy out of the house too.
